That’s a new level of lucky--especially for me who never wins  anything. I won ONYX in Chicago at the RT convention. Entangled pub had an awesome candy and spoons party. Not only was it SO fun to play this spoons game, but I won an awesome stash of books. One of which was the highly coveted book, ONYX.
After reading Obsidian, I wanted needed a copy. And let me just say that this book will not disappoint. Daemon fans? Get ready to drool and swoon. He fills so many of the pages in these delicious 421 pages. I don’t like to write any spoilers, cause I hate to read them, but let me just say that there is lots of action, twists, and turns happening that will keep you reading and reading. And the tension between Daemon and Katy is electric. It’s one of those books that you just don’t want to end and when you see the pages dwindling, you wish you could pull some of Daemon’s alien mojo out and magically make more!  Some new and interesting characters are introduced and shocking things come to light, and Katy aka Kitten (to Daemon), becomes—well a force to be reckoned with herself. She's no slacker for sure.
Now, as for Jennifer Armentrout—girl can write her butt off. Love her style. I will be reading anything and everything this chick writes. What makes it even better? I met Jennifer at the RT convention and had a chance to speak with her. She’s every bit as amazing as her writing. Down to earth and sweet, honestly. I loved ONXY so much that I plan on doing a giveaway of it closer to its release date of August 14^th/12, so check back to my blog around the beginning of August for a chance to win yours!

 In the meantime, if you've been hiding under a rock and haven’t read the first book in the Lux series, OBSIDIAN, what are you waiting for? Hot aliens, sexual tension, action that will keep you guessing and rooting for the main characters, and writing so good that you will eat up every word. If you love Paranormal Romance, this is as good as it gets.
